Dr. Rutter is a board-certified radiologist and aesthetic medicine provider with over a decade of advanced medical training and military service. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013, followed by an Emergency Medicine Internship at Michigan State University. He went on to serve as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine before commissioning as a Battalion Surgeon with the 1st Marine Division, later advancing to Regimental Surgeon for multiple specialized units.

After his service, Dr. Rutter completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and achieved board certification through the American Board of Radiology in 2020. He has since held staff radiologist positions at both Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune and private radiology groups, while also serving as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences.

In 2021, Dr. Rutter expanded his expertise into aesthetic medicine. Certified by the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, he specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, carbon laser peels, and electrolysis. He brings a precise, clinical approach to cosmetic procedures and has logged hundreds of hands-on hours performing the very services offered at our clinic.

Dr. Rutter is also a published author in multiple professional medical journals and has presented at numerous national conferences. Most importantly, he’s a devoted husband and proud father to the two other members of our team — his greatest achievement of all!
